5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule consultations or assessments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Project cancellations after work has begun may be subject to partial billing for time, travel, or materials incurred.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and deliverables (including designs, proposals, and documentation) are the property of Centric Technologies unless otherwise specified. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute this content without written permission.

We strive to provide professional, high-quality services. Hardware warranties are governed by the manufacturers. Centric Technologies offers service warranties as stated in individual agreements or proposals.

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information outside of service delivery requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Davidson County, NC.
